DESCRIPTION

LEMA TC20A oven is specifically studied for optics and laboratories. 

Its technical features make it the ideal equipment for tempering small series of lenses and for sample laboratory tests.

• Tray capacity: around 20 lenses, max size Ø 75 mm
• Tank capacity: 6 kg of potassium nitrate 
• Tank material: stainless steel AISI 321
• Maximum working temperature: 500° C
• Temperature uniformity of the salt bath: +/- 5° C 
• Automatic processing cycle.
• Glass protection in case of failure of the temperature system or power failure: the programmer will automatically remove the glasses from the bath and stop the cycle. The cycle will resume as soon as the working conditions and temperature of the bath return to normal.
• Standard cycle: 16 hours

LEMA TC20A unit is delivered fully assembled, complete with a load of salt for standard glasses. To start working, the oven only needs to be connected to electric power line.
